Delivery and return

We ship the items within 1 working day in Sweden. If you live in another country, please contact us, we can deliver to all over Europe. Except Norway, Turkey, Belarus and Great Britain. Please note, in order for a refund to be approved in the case of electrical products, the product must not have been unpacked from its protective plastic or mounted on your vehicle as this could damage our product.

When purchasing goods in our online store, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us at Bikeyard within 14 days of you as a consumer or your representative receiving the ordered item.

To return an item, it is important that the item's original packaging is intact. The item may be taken out of its packaging, but if you wish to return it is important that you as a customer put all the packaging back. The item must be in the same condition as when received. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged during transport to us. You are also responsible for ensuring that the item does not get lost during transport to us, so it is recommended to use a method of transport that has a parcel number that can be tracked. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of this return shipping. The shipping cost for when the shipment was sent to you as a customer is not refunded.

When returning, use the Consumer Agency's cancellation form (http://publikationer.konsumentverket.se/kontrakt-ochmallar/angerblankett), but only after contacting the seller. This is so that we can handle your case faster.



You may miss out on all or part of your refund if:

- The item is used

- The item is damaged while it was under your responsibility

- You have handled the product in a way that is not required to examine functions or condition.

Bikeyard will refund the full amount excluding the shipping fee within 30 days of us receiving the item if you want to make a return. When returning, you as a consumer are responsible for both the shipping from our warehouse and the return shipping. Goods that are returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not triggered by us.

In the case of approved complaints, Bikeyard is responsible for the return shipping.



To advertise an item or make a return, please contact us by phone or email. In the event of a complaint, contact us as soon as possible after the fault has been discovered. Before contacting us, prepare yourself by:

- Email order number and receipt

- Note and describe the error/problem as clearly as possible

- Take one or more photos that clearly show the damage or defect.

If the product does not match the description or if you are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us. It is very important to us that you feel satisfied with your goods.


Exceptions apply to:

* Electrical parts

* Item that has been assembled

* Product that has been taken apart or where external damage has been done

* Specially ordered/customized goods according to the customer's wishes

* Sealed item that has been broken

Compatibility problems occur between different products, and we therefore recommend that you find out as much as possible before placing your order to avoid unnecessary costs, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrectly ordered goods.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permission to order in our store.

The Consumer Purchases and Distance Contracts Act applies when you as a consumer shop via the internet. Read more about this on the Consumer Agency's website. Bikeyard reserves the right to make changes to the assortment and has the right to remove goods before a purchase has gone through. We also reserve the right to final sale of goods.


Misprints and product images

Bikeyard reserves itself for possible typographical errors in texts on this website. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the actual appearance of the product, but we always strive to reproduce as similar an image of the product as possible. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us.



The price is in Swedish kronor (SEK). We reserve the right to change prices without warning in the event of any price errors. You as a consumer always pay the price shown when ordering, and if you bought an item at an erroneously high price, you will be notified of this and get your money back.

Bikeyard reserves itself for price errors that are considered unreasonably incorrect, in cases where we have made a clear error, we will cancel your order without reservation.


Reserved product

If a product is reserved, it is clearly stated on the product image. Only you who made the reservation may purchase this product.

If the case is that you buy the product even though you are not the holder of the reservation, Bikeyard Sweden AB has the right to cancel this purchase. If we remove the "reservation sign", the product is of course again available to buy for everyone. A reservation is valid for 7 days.


Transport damage

If an item from us is damaged in transport, both visible or hidden damage, this must be reported to us immediately via email, info@bikeyard.se

We reserve the right to reject notifications if the deadline exceeds 5 days from receipt.


Unreleased packages

If you do not redeem your package, we have to charge you SEK 1,000 plus the actual return shipping. This takes place in the form of an invoice to the order address, alternatively adjusted against your original invoice.

If a delivery is booked with our forwarder and cannot be completed because you are not there to receive, we will be charged the actual shipping cost between the nearest terminal and your delivery address. We will charge this cost to you as a consumer.



We follow the manufacturer's warranty rules on all goods. Exceptions are electrical parts and painted products that are not covered by any warranty. For the warranty to apply, the service intervals, carried out by a specialist, must be followed.

New parts: As a customer, you have a 3-year right to complain, in order to be able to complain about a fault, it must be done within a reasonable time (within 2 months) of the fault being discovered. Your purchase must be able to be proven in the event of a complaint (enclose a receipt or packing slip). If a complaint is made after 6 months have passed, the burden of proof is reversed, i.e. you as the buyer must prove that it is an original defect.



We use Svea economy for safe and secure trading. You can choose between Swish, direct payment, card payment, partial payment or invoice payment.

Company invoices

The following applies to customers acting as a business and choosing to pay by invoice ("business invoice").


Credit check:

When applying for payment via company invoice, a customary credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.


Payment terms:

The due date and other conditions for company invoices appear on the invoice. In case of invoice payment, the payment must have been received no later than 30 days from the invoice date (or the date shown on the invoice). In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and late payment interest of 2% per month will be added from the due date until full payment is made.



All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments due to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.



When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be handed over to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the company customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the personal data controller for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank. Bikeyard Sweden AB (org. number 559241-7454) is a company located in southern Sweden, specifically Osby. We specialize in the used motorcycle, moped, ATV and moped market where we renovate, repair and dismantle vehicles. We have over 4,500 vehicles in storage on 30,000 square meters. Here you will find new and used spare parts for your moped, motorcycle, ATV and moped car. Both for newer and older machines! The condition of our spare parts is assessed according to the following classes:


A-class = good condition

A minus = slight wear

B-class = more wear and tear

New = unused (also found in the 'Used & new spare parts' menu option)


If there is any noticeable damage or defect, this is stated in the description. All products are tested.

We update the webshop constantly. If you do not find what you are looking for here, it is not impossible that we still have the part. We work with the majority of insurance companies and pick up vehicles throughout our long country.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

How do you order parts on the webshop?
Choose your category in the menu, alternatively use the search field in the top section. When you see a product you want to buy, press "Lagg till i varukorg" (Add to cart). When you are satisfied, press 'Varukorg' (Shopping cart) then 'Ga till kassan' (Checkout). There you choose whether you want the order sent home or pick it up from us in our store. Enter your information then pay securely in peace and quiet.
If I can't find what I'm looking for, what do I do?
We have a large stock of used spare parts that are not displayed on the webshop. So if you can't find what you're looking for on the site, contact us and we'll check if we have the product anyway.
Do you have a warranty on your parts and vehicles?
Vehicles: 6 months full warranty, if the incident is not self-inflicted. Parts: We look and inspect all products before they are stored or sold. However, should there be any dissatisfaction or should a product break within 14 days, please contact us. We always put the customer in focus!
Can I visit you?
Absolutely! During our opening hours, you are welcome to stop by. First go to the reception, where you will be given the go-ahead to visit the area, which stretches up to 30,000 square meters and has upwards of 4,000 vehicles in stock. Opening hours: Mon-Thurs 07.00-17.00, Fri 07.00-14.00 We are closed on national holidays.

Do you buy vehicles?
It depends on whether it is worthwhile for us. Please send several clear pictures, registration number, mileage, errors/damages and above all a price proposal to info@bikeyard.se
Do you service/repair vehicles?
Yes, on most mopeds and motorcycles. However, it depends on what type it is and what needs to be fixed. Contact us via email or phone and we'll get back with an answer as soon as we can!
When will my invoice arrive?
If you have chosen to pay by invoice via Svea Ekonomi, it will take about a week for the invoice to reach your e-mail.
I want to make a return, how do I proceed?
If the item is in the same condition as when it left us, you can easily make a return within 14 days. Contact us and we will immediately send a QR code by SMS or e-mail. You show this QR code at your postal agent, and in this way the staff can print a return shipping slip. Stick the delivery note on the package, leave it at the agent, done!
Do I have to have created an account to shop?
No, that is not necessary. However, if you create an account, you can view your order history, edit your address, and more. So, there is no requirement to have an account on our webshop.
Can I track my package?
Of course! You will automatically receive your tracking number in your order confirmation email. Make sure you have the Postnord app downloaded, and you should automatically receive updates about your delivery there. In the unlikely event that you have not received a tracking number, please contact us and we will send it out manually.
If the product says 'Out of stock/Slut i webshop', what do you do?
First of all, check that the part you have been looking at is not in your shopping cart. It is often the case that customers put the product in the shopping cart, and then it often says 'Out of stock/Slut i webshop' until you remove or buy the product. If you don't have it in the shopping basket and it says 'Out of stock/Slut i webshop', then contact us. We may have more of the exact part you are looking for.
Do I have to create an account to shop?
No, that is not necessary. However, if you create an account, you can view your order history, edit your address, and more. So, there is no requirement to have an account on our webshop.
What is the difference between a class 1 and a class 2 moped?
Class 1 = 45 km/h also called EU moped (has registration plate)

Class 2 = 25 km/h (does not have registration plate)

Please note that this applies in Sweden. There are different types in different countries.

We ship to all of Europe, except Norway and Great Britain. If you can't find your country in the checkout, please contact us.
